In your KWC email please search for Cloudpath, this email will have your password to connect to the KWC_IT network while on campus and give you a link to your WiFi admin portal.
On an iPhone:
- Open Settings: Locate and tap the Settings app on your home screen.
- Select Wi-Fi: In the Settings menu, tap Wi-Fi to view available networks.
- Turn on Wi-Fi: If Wi-Fi is off, toggle the switch to enable it.Choose a Network:
- A list of available networks will appear. Select the KWC_IT
- Enter Password:
- Your Wi-Fi password will be in your KWC email. Search for an email from Cloudpath
- Check Connection: A checkmark will appear next to the network name, indicating you are connected.
On an Android Phone:
- Open Settings: Locate and tap the Settings app (gear icon). This may also be accessible by swiping down from the top of the screen and tapping the settings gear.
- Go to Network Options:
- Depending on your device, tap Connections or Network & Internet.
- Select Wi-Fi.
- Enable Wi-Fi: Toggle the Wi-Fi switch to turn it on if it's off.
- Choose a Network:
- A list of available networks will appear. Select the KWC_IT
- Enter Password:
- Your Wi-Fi password will be in your KWC email. Search for an email from Cloudpath
- Verify Connection: Once connected, you’ll see the word "Connected" or a checkmark next to the network name.
Troubleshooting Tips:
- Incorrect Password: Double-check the Wi-Fi password and re-enter it.
- Restart Wi-Fi: Turn Wi-Fi off and on again if it doesn’t connect.
- Restart Device: Restart your iPhone or Android if you continue experiencing issues.
- Forget Network: If problems persist, forget the network by tapping the network name and selecting Forget (on both platforms), then reconnect.
